The Hebrew Bible or Tanakh is the original Bible and canonical collection of Hebrew scriptures, including the Torah, Prophets, and Writings. In Judaism, the first part of the Hebrew Bible, the so-called “Pentateuch of Moses”. The oldest Biblical text is about 2700 years old.
